Mr. Bayo Ajayi
As Chief Financial Officer of Rand Merchant Bank, Bayo brings over 19 years of financial leadership experience across banking, accounting, compliance, and strategic management.
After graduating with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Lagos, Bayo pursued his passion for finance. He obtained the FCCA designation as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK. He also became an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Leveraging his deep finance expertise coupled with an engineering mindset, Bayo has led high-performing teams to streamline processes, strengthen risk management, and drive business performance.
Bayo will lend his real-world financial acumen and change management skills to educating and empowering future finance leaders.
Mr. Lanre Jaiyeola
As Managing Director and CEO of Honeywell Flour Mills, Mr. Jaiyeola brings over 24 years of multifaceted leadership experience across manufacturing, banking, energy, and nonprofits.
After obtaining his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Mr. Jaiyeola complemented his analytical acumen with a postgraduate certificate in business administration from the University of Lagos.
Leveraging his expertise in data-driven decision-making, Mr. Jaiyeola has driven sustainable growth for prominent corporations, including Ecobank Transnational, Chevron Nigeria, and now Honeywell Flour Mills, under his leadership as CEO.
As a faculty member, Mr. Jaiyeola will share invaluable perspectives on strategic management, operational excellence, and purpose-driven leadership. His dynamic teaching style and real-world wisdom will inspire students to make meaningful impacts across sectors. We are honored to have Mr. Jaiyeola advance our curriculum with sophisticated business insights and a passion for developing future agents of change.
Mr. Abiodun Olatunji (SAN)
A seasoned legal expert, Mr. Olatunji brings over 25 years of experience spanning private practice, public service, and scholarly research.
After obtaining his LL.B from the University of Ibadan and an LL.M. from the prestigious University of Lagos, Mr. Olatunji began his career at the Central Bank of Nigeria. This public-sector foundation equipped him with deep knowledge of financial regulation and corporate law.
Mr. Olatunji then pivoted into private practice by joining Abdullahi Ibrahim & Co. in 1994. Renowned for his litigation skills and business savvy, he rapidly rose to partner and played a key role in expanding the firm’s scope and stature. His excellency was formally recognized in 2019 when he was conferred the distinction of Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
His passion for developing future generations of legal leaders and influencers will enrich our curriculum.
Mrs. Roselyn Onalaja
Bringing over 30 years of experience as a business leader and human resources expert, Mrs. Onalaja offers invaluable perspectives.
After graduating with a degree in linguistics from the University of Benin, Mrs. Onalaja pursued her passion for empowering people and organizations. She obtained extensive training from the Pan-Atlantic University’s Lagos Business School and Enterprise Development Centre.
Leveraging her multifaceted expertise, Mrs. Onalaja founded two successful companies focused on management consulting and talent development. As Managing Consultant of Stresert Integrated Limited and CEO of Stresert Services Limited, she has helped transform numerous organizations.
As a faculty member, Mrs. Onalaja will share vital insights on leadership, strategy, and maximizing human capital.
Kunle Ashiru
‘Kunle Ashiru is an accomplished project manager and training consultant with over 20 years of experience. He holds prestigious certifications like PMP, CMS, and CTC. Ashiru has demonstrated leadership through roles like Mentor and Board Support Director for the Project Management Institute Northern Alberta Chapter.
Currently, he serves on the National board of Calvary Ministries (CAPRO) in Canada. Ashiru is also the President/Founder of Dad Youniversity Foundation, a non-profit providing mentorship resources for men. He founded CENTRAINE, a global firm offering training and consultancy to empower the next generation of project leaders. Ashiru’s commitment extends to community service. He volunteered extensively as a minister/coordinator with RCCG Glory Worship Center in Lagos, nurturing and teaching teenagers principles of purposeful living. He has authored two books – ‘One Week in Prayer’ and an accompanying journal.
Through his diverse roles spanning professional excellence, community engagement, and personal growth initiatives, Ashiru exemplifies true leadership. His impact as a mentor, trainer, and changemaker is felt across organizations, inspiring those around him. Ashiru’s multifaceted endeavors in project management, ministry, non-profit work, and authorship reflect his passion for service and empowering others.
