Oluwatosin Olasanmi

Oluwatosin Olasanmi is a dedicated writer, speaker, and advocate for empowering young women and teenagers. Passionate about making a difference, she founded the non-profit organization Scars n Truths in 2021. This impactful organization focuses on providing financial support for underprivileged children’s education and offers mentorship programs for teenage mothers, helping them navigate the complexities of parenthood and personal development. Oluwatosin holds various leadership roles that reflect her commitment to community welfare and youth empowerment.

She serves as the Director of the Welfare Team at Families Arising Community, where she oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing family well-being. Additionally, she is the Youth President and Assistant Head of Choir at RCCG Glory Worship Center, roles through which she mentors young people and contributes to the spiritual and cultural life of her community. In her professional life, Oluwatosin excels as a business development executive at a leading fintech company. In this role, she drives market growth by developing and promoting innovative banking solutions, demonstrating her acumen in business strategy and market expansion. Oluwatosin’s personal life is equally fulfilling. She is happily married to Ayodeji Olasanmi, and together they are blessed with three wonderful daughters. Her family life, professional achievements, and community contributions make her a remarkable figure dedicated to positive change and empowerment.


Blessing Onwuamah

Blessing Elohor Onwuamah, a graduate of biochemistry from the University of Lagos, is a certified counsellor with two degrees in counselling and is presently pursuing her PhD in counselling with a focus on teenagers and youths. She has worked with Trinity University as a counselor, chaplain, student affairs officer, and council administrator.

She started working with teenagers and youths over 15 years ago under the name Jewels Foundation, now Jewels and Pearls Ladies, whose vision is to prepare young ladies for the future of work, marriage, career, and destiny. She currently works full-time as a counsellor at Jewels and Pearls Ladies as well as part-time as a digital marketer with different organization’s She has authored 3 books titled ‘Tips to Succeed in Tertiary Institutions’, and recently, ‘How to Get a Good Wife as a Man’ as well as ‘Sexual Intimacy for Married Women’. She is also a regular speaker at secondary schools and universities on issues of relationships, sexuality, education, career, and identity. She is a deacon, Sunday school teacher, social media manager, and women groups coordinator at the RCCG, Glory Worship Center, Yaba. She is joyfully married to her husband of over 16 years, Dr. Chika Onwuamah, and they are blessed with 3 children.


Dr. Loye Akomolafe

Loye Akomolafe is a UK-trained pharmacist with a rich background in both hospital and community pharmacy practice in England, where he honed his skills over five years. In 2011, he relocated to Nigeria, bringing his expertise to O’Lakleen Holdings Ltd. Over the next six years, he excelled as the General Manager of Operations, overseeing multiple subsidiaries and driving operational success until 2017. In 2017, Loye embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding Telehealth Integrated Pharmaceutical Solutions (TIPS) Ltd. TIPS Ltd. is a healthcare solutions provider with registered pharmaceutical wholesale distribution premises strategically located in Medical Compound, Yaba, Lagos. The company aims to revolutionize the pharmaceutical industry in Nigeria by bringing existing offline open drug markets online, adhering to Nigeria’s national drug distribution guidelines.

TIPS Ltd. serves as the country representative for Synapser (UK & SA) Ltd., offering a suite of advanced products, including electronic prescribing and patient medical record dispensing software, alongside a pharmaceutical wholesale ordering platform. Through these innovative solutions, TIPS Ltd. is dedicated to enhancing universal healthcare coverage in Nigeria. The company supports healthcare insurers, financiers, service providers, and consumers, ensuring a more efficient and accessible healthcare system. Loye’s vision and leadership in integrating technology with healthcare distribution demonstrate his commitment to improving healthcare delivery and accessibility in Nigeria. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to the pharmaceutical industry continue to drive positive change and innovation in the sector.


Mr. Timon Oviawe

Timon Oviawe is a multifaceted life coach and trainer who approaches personal and professional development through the lens of emotional intelligence. With a unique perspective that combines emotional awareness and skill-building, he crafts impactful training initiatives that empower individuals to reach their full potential.

Oviawe’s expertise is backed by a robust educational background and a diverse array of certifications. He holds a certification from the prestigious Center for Management Development (CMD), which has equipped him with the necessary tools and techniques to deliver transformative training programs. Additionally, he is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach (EICC) and a certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence (EICP), demonstrating his deep understanding of the role emotions play in personal and professional success. Furthermore, Oviawe is a licensed marriage and relationship counselor, underscoring his commitment to fostering healthy interpersonal dynamics and nurturing strong personal connections. This aspect of his expertise enables him to offer comprehensive support, addressing both personal and professional aspects of an individual’s life.

Dr. Olusegun Akanji

With over two decades in the formal workspace, Olusegun’s experience in financial services cover commercial, investment banking and insurance. Within the investment banking space, he was part of a number of notable transactions as financial advisers.
He acquired consulting exposure as strategy and business transformation subject matter expert working with leading global firms – Accenture and Deloitte. He is passionate about capital and market formation, business transformation, innovation and project finance across sectors with interest in real estate and small growing businesses. He is an alumnus of the Wharton University Real Estate Centre and Harvard Business School’s Leading Change and Organization Renewal (LCOR).

He holds a B.Sc and M.Sc from the University of Lagos. He is an MBA alumnus of Lagos State University and University of Bangor, UK. He is an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Scotland. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, Nigeria. He recently concluded his Doctoral Program in Credit Management.
He currently leads the Strategy and Business Solutions Division at Heritage Bank. He led the project management for the market re-entry of the Bank and also facilitated the acquisition of the former Enterprise Bank. He was responsible for the business combination of both banks to form the new Heritage Bank. Olusegun is a regular TV analyst on business and economic issues in Nigeria. He volunteers as a facilitator with a number of organizations focused on small growing businesses. He is a Clean Development Mechanism Coach with the Private Financing Advisory Network.
Among many awards in recognition of his passionate commitment to excellence, he emerged as the 2005 National winner of the Young Managers Award under the auspices of the Nigeria Institute of Management. Recently, he was awarded the 2018 Credit Professional of the Year by the Institute of Credit Administration.
